Hello, I’m Tom Gregory, a designer, retoucher, and proud graduate of the D&AD Sydney Shift 2023 program. Growing up in the vibrant era of the 80s and 90s, my passion for imagery was sparked by my love for animated cartoons. Today, my work mirrors this enthusiasm, featuring dynamic graphics and playful designs that captivate and engage audiences.
With over two decades of experience in retouching, illustration, design, and management, I am passionate about delivering quality service and finding solutions to complex problems. As a "quiet achiever," I am committed to going the extra mile to achieve success.
During the Sydney D&AD Shift 2023 program, I had the unique pleasure to work for high-profile clients such as ADIDAS, Fossil Fuel Treaty, and Google. This experience is my inspiration to pursue a career in advertising, branding, and design, where I can learn, grow, and help clients achieve their goals.

My artistic journey began with a pencil in hand, but it was discovering Adobe Illustrator that truly unlocked the potential of my creative vision. Through my career, I've had the privilege of contributing my artistic flair to diverse projects such as magazine illustrations, design competitions, logo creations, and custom apparel designs
Retouching
Retouching has played a pivotal role in my career for the past 20 years, evolving from my initial role as a junior mac operator to my current capacity as a retouching quality manager. Throughout this journey, I've immersed myself in diverse photographic genres such as fashion, automotive, product, sports, and real estate, refining my skills and insights along the way.
