Tom Gregory is a creative operations and studio production leader with more than 20 years of experience keeping creative teams organised, aligned and moving. Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, he has spent his career bridging the gap between creative craft and operational discipline, working across retouching, post production, design and studio management.

He has led distributed teams across Australia and the Philippines, worked on property content for Channel Nine's The Block, and was one of 17 creatives selected for the D&AD Shift Sydney 2023 program, completing live briefs for Adidas and Google.

Tom is currently open to creative operations, studio management and production coordination roles in Sydney.
